Standard Shipping, If you opt for Standard Shipping and the package becomes stolen or lost. HatFlippers will not be responsible if the carrier shows "DELIVERED". Please purchase the shipping insurance for your order".

Lost or Stolen Packages HatFlippers is not responsible for any packages showing a ‘Delivered’ status or signed for at the provided shipping address. We do not offer reshipping, refunds, or reprocessing for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Delivered but not received:
Occasionally, carriers (like UPS) may scan a package as delivered 1–2 days before it actually arrives. If you purchased Shipping Insurance and your package has not arrived after 5 days from the "Delivered" scan, please contact us at support@hatflippers.com to start a claim. All claims must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date.
